Customer Care Centre : India Power has established Consumer Care Centre at Gandhi Maidan office, an agreived consumer can approach any of the centre for resolution of the issue, It is requested to get the complaint registered and obtain a complaint number so that service can be tracked.

Internal Greivence Redressal Forum: You may send the your written complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop in complaint to the Head - Internal Grievance Redressal Forum ( At the Consumer Care Centre- Gandhi Maidan).
Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF): In the unlikely event of non satisfaction the consumer may send the greivence to (CGRF), Vidyut Bhawan-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Patna-800021 .
