India Power Capability Learning Center (IPCLC) reverberates the spirit of continuous learning, creating a momentum and expansion of skills and knowledge thereby, nurturing its most important asset, its human capital – to learn, grow and excel.
The core of L&D interventions at IPCLC revolves around three major elements; the LEADERS, PEOPLE and BUSINESS Focal Point.

With the intent to keep our Talent Pool abreast with the technological advancement in Power sector and strengthen the techno-commercial skill, in house Domain Experts have partnered with the IPCL Capability Learning Centre to form the IPCL’s POWERGURUKUL .
At POWERGURUKUL we equip our employees with the basic understanding of cutting edge techno-commercial skills, relevant digital transformation in power industry, and functional skills for ease of effective performance to facilitate transfer of knowledge and build a learning culture.
